Paleo Yogurt Bars
Who doesn’t love a healthy treat that can also pass as a dessert?!
Ingredients
Crust:
- 5 That's it. Apple + Date bars
- ¾ cup almond flour
- 1 Tbsp water
Yogurt:
- 2 cups unsweetened coconut yogurt
- 2 Tbsp maple syrup
- Sliced strawberries
- Blackberries
- Blueberries
Instructions
- Add crust ingredients to a food processor and process until a dough forms. Press into a parchment-lined 8x8 inch baking dish.
- In a medium bowl, mix yogurt and maple syrup together. Pour onto crust and top with fruit.
- Place in freezer to set (2+ hours). Once set, cut into desired sized bars. Store in freezer.
- Enjoy!
