Paleo Yogurt Bars

Who doesn’t love a healthy treat that can also pass as a dessert?!

Ingredients

Crust:
  • 5 That's it. Apple + Date bars
  • ¾ cup almond flour
  • 1 Tbsp water
Yogurt:
  • 2 cups unsweetened coconut yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp maple syrup
  • Sliced strawberries
  • Blackberries
  • Blueberries

Instructions

  1. Add crust ingredients to a food processor and process until a dough forms. Press into a parchment-lined 8x8 inch baking dish.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix yogurt and maple syrup together. Pour onto crust and top with fruit.
  3. Place in freezer to set (2+ hours). Once set, cut into desired sized bars. Store in freezer.
  4. Enjoy!

These Yogurt Bars take very little time to make and are perfect for a quick breakfast, snack, or dessert! Paleo, vegan, gluten free, dairy free.
