Are you someone who loves all things pumpkin year-round, or just in the fall? I’m definitely a year-round type of person!

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup dates
  • ½ cup pumpkin puree
  • ½ cup unsweetened coconut flakes
  • ½ cup coconut flour
  • 2 scoops Codeage Collagen Peptides+
  • ½ Tbsp cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor and process until smoothly combined.
  2. Scoop with a small cookie scoop onto a parchment-lined plate. Place in freezer to set.
  3. Once set, store in an airtight container in the freezer.
  4. Enjoy!
