Who says you have to give up pasta salad when eating paleo? This easy Paleo Pasta Salad is a summer staple.
Ingredients
- 8 oz box Jovial penne cassava pasta, cooked
- 1 cup diced cherry tomatoes
- 6 oz can green olives, drained and halved
- ¼ cup diced yellow onion
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- ½ Tbsp Italian seasoning
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine pasta, tomatoes, olives, and onion.
- n a small jar, combine all remaining ingredients. Shake until fully blended.
- Pour onto pasta and mix until fully incorporated.
