Italian Meatballs
Italian Meatballs
Having easy & protein-filled lunches is extremely important when it comes to eating healthy. I love making these Italian Meatballs ahead of time, storing them in the freezer, and popping a few in the microwave to have with my lunches.
Ingredients
- 1 small yellow onion, finely chopped
- ¼ cup green onions, finely chopped
- 4 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp coconut flour
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp dried oregano
- ½ tsp dried parsley
- ½ tsp dried basil
- ½ tsp dried thyme
- ½ tsp dried rosemary
- 1 lb ground beef
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F and grease a cookie sheet or line with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and thoroughly mix together.
- Use a small cookie scoop to scoop the mixture into balls and place on cookie sheet.
- Bake for 15 minutes and enjoy!
Notes
I always thought homemade meatballs were complicated and would take too much time to prepare, but these are actually very simple!
