Double Dark Chocolate Cookies

These Double Dark Chocolate Cookies are the perfect combo between a brownie and a cookie.

Ingredients

  • 2 flax eggs (3 Tbsp ground flax seeds + 6 Tbsp water; let sit for 3 mins)
  • 3 cups almond flour
  • 1 cup cacao powder
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 2 Tbsp water
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¾ cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a cookie sheet, or line with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, thoroughly mix together all ingredients, except chocolate chips.
  3. Fold in chocolate chips and scoop with large cookie scoop onto cookie sheet. Press to flatten cookies to ensure they cook evenly.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
  5. Enjoy!
