Double Dark Chocolate Cookies
These Double Dark Chocolate Cookies are the perfect combo between a brownie and a cookie.
Ingredients
- 2 flax eggs (3 Tbsp ground flax seeds + 6 Tbsp water; let sit for 3 mins)
- 3 cups almond flour
- 1 cup cacao powder
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 2 Tbsp water
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¾ cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a cookie sheet, or line with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, thoroughly mix together all ingredients, except chocolate chips.
- Fold in chocolate chips and scoop with large cookie scoop onto cookie sheet. Press to flatten cookies to ensure they cook evenly.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes.
- Enjoy!
