Pecan Date Cookies
These Pecan Date Cookies take almost no time to whip up, and taste amazing!
Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups almond flour
- ½ cup tapioca flour
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp salt
- ¼ cup chopped pitted dates
- ¼ cup chopped pecans
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a cookie sheet or line with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, thoroughly mix together all ingredients, except dates and pecans.
- Fold in dates and pecans and scoop with a small cookie scoop onto the cookie sheet.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until golden.
