Daily Breakfast Smoothie

This smoothie is how I start each day. It’s part of my morning routine, and I love knowing that I’m starting my day with lots of protein, healthy fats, vitamins, and electrolytes.

Ingredients

  • ½ frozen banana
  • ¼ frozen avocado
  • Handful frozen zucchini
  • ½ cup frozen berries
  • 1 ½ cups coconut water
  • 1-2 Tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 1 scoop Ancient Nutrition Pure Bone Broth Protein Powder

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until you reach a smooth consistency.
  2. Enjoy!

Notes

Sometimes I also add a little bit of frozen passionfruit for an added boost of vitamins (and because it’s one of my favorite flavors). It’s a great way to hide the taste of the powdered supplements my functional doctor puts me on!
