Cookie Dough Bars
There are very few things that are more delicious than edible cookie dough in my eyes, and these Cookie Dough Bars live up to my high expectations.
Ingredients
- 2 cups almond flour
- ½ cup Codeage Marine Collagen Peptides
- ½ cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- ¼ cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Thoroughly combine all ingredients except chocolate in a medium bowl.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Press cookie dough into a parchment-lined 5x9 inch dish.
- Place in freezer to set for 30 mins, then slice into 8 squares.
- Enjoy! Store in the fridge.
