There are very few things that are more delicious than edible cookie dough in my eyes, and these Cookie Dough Bars live up to my high expectations.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • ½ cup Codeage Marine Collagen Peptides
  • ½ cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • ¼ cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Thoroughly combine all ingredients except chocolate in a medium bowl.
  2. Fold in chocolate chips.
  3. Press cookie dough into a parchment-lined 5x9 inch dish.
  4. Place in freezer to set for 30 mins, then slice into 8 squares.
  5. Enjoy! Store in the fridge.

These soft and gooey bars are like heaven, and they’re paleo, gluten free, dairy free, grain free, egg free, refined sugar free, & soy free!
