Can’t decide if you’re craving a brownie or a cookie? Try these Brownie Cookies this weekend!

Ingredients

  • 1 chia egg (1 Tbsp ground chia seeds + 2 Tbsp water)
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • ¼ cup tapioca flour
  • ¼ cup cacao powder
  • 3 Tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 Tbsp maple syrup
  • ¼ tsp baking soda
  • Pinch of salt
  • Cacao nibs for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a cookie sheet or line with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, thoroughly mix together all ingredients.
  3. Scoop with a small cookie scoop onto the cookie sheet. Sprinkle with cacao nibs.
  4. Bake for 15-18 minutes.
  5. Enjoy!
