Ingredients
- 1 chia egg (1 Tbsp ground chia seeds + 2 Tbsp water)
- 1 cup almond flour
- ¼ cup tapioca flour
- ¼ cup cacao powder
- 3 Tbsp coconut oil
- 2 Tbsp maple syrup
- ¼ tsp baking soda
- Pinch of salt
- Cacao nibs for topping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a cookie sheet or line with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, thoroughly mix together all ingredients.
- Scoop with a small cookie scoop onto the cookie sheet. Sprinkle with cacao nibs.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes.
